Project Management

A Senior Account Manager will be responsible for all project requirements, drawing on the full resources of the Agency in the fulfilment of work.

  • Strategy is formulated and agreed before action, with terms of reference established, containing targets and objectives

  • Estimates with a detailed breakdown of costs are agreed before work commences

  • Where possible, brand awareness, customer perceptions and market position benchmarks are established. These can then be reviewed through periodic research that measures change so that Return On Investment can be calculated

  • Systems are required to facilitate response tracking, through the sales cycle

  • Contact Reports are produced after all meetings and key telephone communications to provide feedback on progress and maintain momentum

  • A tracking system records work activity. Client / Agency meetings are held regularly to review and evolve the marketing programme

  • Tried and tested systems and procedures are in place to ensure smooth and efficient project management

Consultancy agreements

Our standard contract is for a period of one year, which includes a review of progress and activity planning each quarter. Termination is on the basis of three months notice from either side.

Disbursements

The operational expenses listed below are charged additionally unless specifically agreed. Details will be given in each monthly invoice.

  • Travelling

  • Accommodation

  • Delivery Charges

  • Fax / telephone / postage to third parties

  • Value Added Tax

Handling costs

Where purchases are made in fulfilling work for clients an uplift of 15% is added that covers project management, quality control procedures and handling time.

Invoicing

We will submit an invoice monthly in arrears listing activities, costs and disbursements.

Confidentiality

We undertake to treat as confidential and will not disclose to any third party, either during the term of the contract, or thereafter, any confidential information or data which the client may provide.
